Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET, or on weekends and holidays, begin processing the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.


During launch promotions or high-volume periods, processing may take up to 3 business days.

Delivery estimates begin once your order ships, not when it's placed.

Oversized & Freight Items

Large items — such as full exhaust systems, turbo kits, suspension packages, and other heavy components — ship via LTL freight with curbside delivery for a flat $149.00. Items that ship freight are noted on the product page and at checkout.


Freight notes:


  • Delivery is curbside only. The carrier will not bring items inside, into a garage, or up stairs.

  • The freight carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. An adult must be present to sign.

  • Inspect the shipment before signing. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt and photograph it. Damage claims cannot be honored if the receipt was signed clean, so please take this step seriously.

International Shipping

We ship to Canada, the UK, EU, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, and 20+ additional countries. International rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and carrier (USPS or DHL Express).


  • Duties, taxes, and customs fees are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the shipping price. Your local customs office can estimate these charges.

  • International delivery typically takes 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing.

  • Oversized/freight items cannot ship internationally at this time. Contact us for a custom quote.

Order Tracking

Every shipment includes tracking, emailed to you when the order leaves our warehouse. If tracking hasn't updated within 5 business days, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier.

Address Changes & Order Issues

  • Need to change your shipping address? Contact us as soon as possible — we can update it any time before the order ships.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Packages returned to us due to an invalid address can be reshipped at the buyer's expense.

  • If your package is marked delivered but hasn't arrived, check with neighbors and your local carrier first, then contact us within 7 days and we'll help file a claim.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund. Lost shipments are replaced or refunded once the carrier's investigation confirms the loss.

Fitment Note

Please double-check vehicle fitment (year, make, model, trim) before ordering. Correct fitment info is listed on every product page — if you're unsure, contact us before purchasing and we'll confirm compatibility. This avoids return shipping costs on parts that don't fit your application.
